All Claims must be reported as soon as possible to our offices ideally within 24 hours. Failure to report a claim as soon as possible could result in the claim being repudiated.
Please note that all claims are processed manually. The attached claim form will need to be printed, completed and scanned and emailed to guides@satib.co.za
